There are many, many mysteries surrounding these particular items. We suspect that these are crystals that will let you face and catch a Gigantamax Pikachu and Gigantamax Eevee in your Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield game. I guess there really was a reason to Celebrate after all, my Wish came true! Despite obtaining these items, we will not be using the Dynamax Crystals and have decided to entrust them to you!... One of my favorite game a few years back, Ridiculous Fishing, still up on iPhone app store, but nowhere to be found on Play Store. I do some surface digging and found the developer tweeted about it.
