1) log off quicken.com .... edit, preferences, quickenid & cloud accounts. Sign on as different user. Then sign back on with the same account. Source: about 1 year ago
I'm on Quicken for Windows Release 48.9 and Build 27.1.48.9. Haven't been asked to sign in to quicken.com for quite awhile. I've had no issues or crashes with the release. You may want to do a file validate or super validate. Source: about 1 year ago

I just checked the quicken.com website. I'm not sure because I've never tried it, but you probably get a number of devices to install it on. It gives me links to both Windows and Mac versions, but I only have installed the Windows. Source: over 1 year ago
