I just remembered that a long time ago I was very active on this sub and some of us used to hang out at Plug.DJ which is now closed. As an experiment, I started a room at turntable.fm for us at RAOA! If you're usually manage torrents from Windows, my answer is: Transmission Remote GUI. I'm running a few Docker instances of Transmission and transgui has given me the best experience so far. It's lightweight (~5 MB RAM), handles remote directory forwarding, and can control nearly (if not all) the functions/controls in Transmission, to include manually selecting files. I am using Transmission V2.94.0 since 2019 on my TS-251 with no problems. Just make sure to use 3rd party Transmission Remote GUI (I am using version 5.0.1) which is IMHO much better for torrents/files management than Transmission Client itself. https://sourceforge.net/projects/transgui/.
