If your photo is 4K or Higher then it must be downgraded to 2K..There are Websites to Do this from like Here The 2K Length and Width is 2048 x 1080. Source: about 1 year ago

Thanks for the HN treatment. As a followup piece, a Google response of this being "a bug". Followup story, my return rate for CC licensed images of "dog" went from 3 to 13. Last time I've checked, Creative Commons had their own search for things under their licenses.
