Pixelstick does exactly this. I used it for years as a designer, but had to leave it after one of the MacOS updates caused issues when using retina and non-retina screens together. I assume it's overcome these issues by now, though, and there is a demo download on the developer's Web site if you want to give it a whirl before shelling out the big bucks ($6.99 and well worth it) for it. You might be able to meet potential coaches through meetups or reaching out to friends of friends in your network. There are also sites for coaching. The one I'm on is mentorcruise.com and last I checked they give mentees a free trial period with the mentor. Source: over 1 year ago
