  They're all using Bootstrap, so they're probably made by hand using the same theme, but they could also have used some kind of WYSIWYG editor that supports Bootstrap, like Pinegrow or Pingendo. Source: almost 3 years ago

  I can recommend Draft2Digital, Ingramsparks, StreetLib, and XinXii for aggregate distributors with access to the US and overseas markets. Also check out radishfiction.com, a South Korean company that lets authors with large social media followings to serialize their work for early distribution onto smart devices chapter by chapter.
