Pimeyes is really good, but you have to pay to reveal the deets. I've used it before and then used facecheck/tineye/Google to hunt down the partial images Pimeyes gave me. Source: 11 months ago

I'm 90% sure that it is him. He's been known to have alt accounts on twitter before. This Keiko woman doesn't have that much proof of existing (search her picture on https://pimeyes.com/en to see for yourself). People on Tate-related discord servers have all thought of this too. Usually the downloader you need depends on the website you want to download the images form. In general, here are some opensource ones which support a variety of websites: gallery-dl, ripme and various other ones on github. There for paid ones, there are Extreme Picture Finder and Bulk Image Downloader, which have easier to use GUIs and are properly maintained, but as said, they are paid. Source: about 3 years ago
