I am looking for a way to catalog a huge collection of short clips I use to build my videos. I need to be able to find clips based on keywords in different categories. For example if I need a funny (mood) transition (function), etc. I was looking at pics.io which is an online cloud-based solution. I created the initial version of the example in Inkscape v1.3.2. It produces markup that uses context-stroke. Vector graphics editors tend to be on the leading edge when it comes to adoption of SVG markup. It is the browsers that lag more often. - Source: dev.to / about 1 month ago
