Make sure your router is set to ipv4 and not ipv6, and you can install https://portforward.com/store/pfconfig.cgi To open your ports and make your ip static, that is how I fixed my server. Source: almost 3 years ago

I thought about UPNP, which from what I remember allow any device to open port in the router. There appears to be an UPNP IGD server in the router, I can find it using tools like this one : https://sourceforge.net/projects/upnp-portmapper/ , and I can add ports to it.
