If you have an Android device, Periodical is a simple tracking app that does not have Internet permission so it literally cannot share your data. You can back up its data to a text file to restore if need be, and keep that backup off your device. However, if your phone backs itself up to "the cloud" you could still incriminate yourself. Add some content to the pages ASAP. An empty page makes people go away. Reddit used fake users to post storiesuntill they were big enough to get real users posting. It's a dark pattern, but you can post under your own name if you don't like it. Perhaps reduce the number of labels, I think 5 labels with content is batter than 20 empty labels.
