Perfex has helped us a long way since the beginning and it is a wonderful application. Why i mentioned for freelancers and small businesses is, it can help you track and deal with all the customers. It also includes stripe payment gateway. As a freelancer, often for existing clients we need to send proposal and get their acceptance. With this, each proposal links can be generated that can be shared with the customer and the customer can sign in digitally online. The cons i feel is if you are trying to scale the organization and wants a single point to manage your HR, Book keeping, this becomes difficult.
