Batch PDF Encryptor Highlights
Batch Processing Batch PDF Encryptor stands out from other encryption tools by allowing users to encrypt and restrict multiple PDF files in one go. This feature saves time and effort, making it an ideal choice for individuals and businesses dealing with large volumes of PDF documents.
Random Password for Each PDF One of the most distinctive features of Batch PDF Encryptor is its ability to add an independent open password to each file. This means that every PDF file can have its unique password, enhancing security and preventing unauthorized access. The open password acts as the first line of defense, ensuring that only authorized individuals can view the contents of the PDF.
Set a Password for Multiple PDFs Like regular PDF locker utilities, Batch PDF Encryptor also provides a standard way to protect all of your PDF files with a single password, making it easy to keep track of and manage your security.
Printing Restrictions and Text Copying Prohibition You can easily set printing and text copying restrictions on PDFs. This ensures that only authorized individuals can print the documents and preventing unauthorized users from extracting the text while reading PDF files.

I see some questions in the comments about document splitting and if you are using PDF for the export in scanning, this adds an extra step but may be valuable in the long run. For Linux users at least, there is "pdfarranger" which most distros have. You can install that, load the PDF and re-arrange pages, remove pages, etc. Source: about 2 years ago
I like PDF Arranger for converting JPEGs to PDFs (open source on Windows) https://github.com/pdfarranger/pdfarranger. Source: about 2 years ago
I have always only been using PDF Arranger for manipulating PDF files (merging different files, arranging, adding, deleting pages) and I'm wondering if there really is no KDE equivalent for that application. Source: about 2 years ago
For merging, check out PDF Arranger. If you need to turn those emails or anything else into pdf, you can use any pdf print driver, and then put it all together with pdf arranger. For the stamps, LibreOffice Draw should do the trick. It won't be an automatic one click type of thing like I'm guessing it is in Adobe, but it's free. Source: over 2 years ago
