  • Resources for learning about building a PC
Before looking for a book like this, have you considered if you really need one? There are tons of configuratros for PCs these days (example, which I am using: https://pcpartpicker.com). I built 2x PCs already with it. Saves lots of time and you don't need to know everything to use it. - Source: Hacker News / 5 months ago
  • I want to build a pc for my friend with a budget of at most 4700 RON (~1000$). Keep in mind that I'm from Romania so PcPartPicker doesn't have all the big tech stores in my country. What do you think?

  • Do you think Walmart will go under?
They sold vudu and closed jet.com. It redirects to walmart.com. walmart has a lot of operating money to burn and they won't vanish overnight. They spent 3 billion dollars on a website only to close it down. Our leadership does seriously foolish things all the time and eventually it will catch up to them but it's a long time off. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Price Matching ....
Mine will price match, but only walmart.com and jet.com so long as its a product being shipped form walmart, and its price is not from another walmart itself(as the price to our knowledge could have been the result of store initiated rollback or clearence.]. Source: about 2 years ago
