(I live in USA) When I go to payments under my shopify account to add paypal as a payment method I am having trouble doing so. I first click activate paypal > activate paypal express checkout which directs me to a "security challenge" (confirm I am not a robot). Then it just brings me to paypals website (paypal.com/us/home). Had to call the bank to file disputes for transactions that are older than 60 days old. As I used a payment plan via partial.ly, I also had to make 6 disputes over the phone (1 for each transaction), that was not an issue, as the nice lady did everything for me once collected the details regarding the situation.
