I haven't used it myself, but Patook is an app that's like a dating site, but it's specifically for finding friends and platonic relationships. You might be able to find some Christian friends there. Source: over 1 year ago

Another issue is how to find new friends to have meaningful conversations with. It's difficult having to start over and build a rapport that's supposed to be a substitute for years of knowing a person, and online friendships tend to fizzle out.
