Passwarden's answer
Duress Mode is an essential feature of Passwarden that lets you hide the most secret data in some cases. Duress Mode allows users to create a dedicated Duress password. After that, you select which of your Vaults you wish to be seen when in Duress Mode. When you decrypt your Passwarden data with a Duress Password instead of your normal Master password, Passwarden will hide the most important, personal, and sensitive information and passwords instead of showing all your Vaults.

Passwarden's answer
Duress mode is a critical security feature that Passwarden offers, setting it apart from other password managers. In situations where a user may be forced to reveal their passwords under duress or threat, this mode can be activated discreetly. Instead of disclosing the actual passwords, Passwarden generates dummy or decoy data, protecting the user's sensitive information. This added layer of security ensures that even when pressured, the user can safeguard their confidential data effectively. Duress mode enhances Passwarden's appeal to users seeking heightened security and protection against potential threats or coercion.

When running cron jobs on Amazon EC2, you can, for example, use a secrets store like Vault. With Vault, your cron jobs can dynamically get the credentials they need. The secrets don’t get stored on the machine that’s running the cron jobs, and if you change a secret, the cron jobs will automatically receive that change.
