Point 1. Is really, really needed in the Celo ecosystem. In fact I'm pretty sure you can get a grant to work on that from one of [Celo Community Fund, Celo Foundation, Flori]. They integrated Linux, which makes it possible to build blockchain solutions or smart contracts using Java, Python, C++ and other popular programming languages.
