I have bought stuff from the US that does not ship to Norway by either using a forwarding service like jetcarrier.com that gives you a Norwegian adress to ship to. And I have used parcl.com - a site where regular people for a fee agree to forward packages or even buy it for you, deal with the seller, check the contents, send you pictures etc before shipping. You two have to figure out #1. For #2, is it really starting to earn or just keeping busy? For me, I am using my skillset to volunteer for nonprofits. I found catchafire.org, which matches volunteers to non-profits, projects they submit. They are happy to have someone to help, you get to work at a comparatively leisurely pace, win-win. I am still trying to break into the industry and I have some confidence issues regarding my ability to do the job.
