Yes, there are various sites that offer that - check for instance panflights.com which I'm developing. You can enter a flexible departure date, and also a flexible number of nights at the destination using the "Stay length" option - this makes it easier to find great deals. Also, you can include a radius around your departure airport or include your whole country as the possible departure region. Source: 11 months ago
I just found one! /u/panflightsguy's excellent https://panflights.com/ does this. UI is kind of confusing, but follow this link and replace with your own cities: https://panflights.com/en/roundtrip/?v2=MAD\_1200\_20230327\_20230331\_ff:0,1\_xf:2005\*HNL\*YYC\*2082\*SFO&pad=6. My app only understands road and rail connections, so it isn't good for multi-leg flights, but I think maybe the app by /u/PanflightsGuy maybe along the lines of what you need? Source: about 1 year ago
Https://panflights.com/ Hey I just discovered this site for searching flights. It's really good as you can search different areas(like Balkan) or countries, and not just specific airports. Also it's really flexible towards dates and also multi-destination travel. Source: almost 2 years ago
/u/PanflightsGuy Posted his own website panflights.com. It has the exact functionality I needed (If you add another guest it asks if they are coming from separate airports). Source: about 2 years ago
2) Since you increased pricing, how is your elite tier any better than the cheaper https://www.theflightdeal.com/ & https://faredrop.com/ ? They seem to offer the same data for a cheaper price. And without a history of screwing over their customers to my knowledge. Source: over 1 year ago
I think https://faredrop.com does that but it’s around $100 per year. Source: almost 2 years ago
Or https://faredrop.com/. A similar service. Is around $89 for all classes of service or $49 for economy. Source: almost 3 years ago
