  If you start an LLC, you're going to be applying for an EIN anyway. You'll definitely need an accountant. Probably could find lots of templates and documents online for free (lawdepot.com, pandadoc.com, eforms.com, docracy.com, usefyi.com) And yes your crew would probably be 1099.   Well this would be a free trial thing, but I use lawdepot.com. I occasionally need NDA's and employment contracts but know nothing about them, so I like just answer the questionnaire on the site and having it spit out the document I need :) I'd highly recommend accepting the need to cancel it or paying for a month considering the headache it saves.   Series I Savings Bonds: I'm guessing most people know by now that the US govt is offering Series I bonds at a record rate of 9.62%, but I'll put some info about that here anyway. See more info here. Things to keep in mind: The advertised rate is only good for 6 months after your purchase, so you only effectively get half the rate.
