Ok so I have A friend that is a master at scratch but he's becoming mad because of limitations, He rarely uses scratch while online, the point is not scratch, it's one of its alternative, https://make.gamefroot.com/ however unlike scratch you can't install an app so I wonder if it is possible to use this offline.
