Try the good old Pan Newsreader. When you click "Get Headers", you have the choice of the last N days of headers, or just new headers, or All headers, or "Get the latest N Headers", and you can fill in the number. I think "All headers" starts from the oldest, but I could be wrong. Source: about 2 years ago
