Throwing my recommendation for AgencyAnalytics into the ring here. Not an affiliate link but for transparancy, I do work for them. I was a customer first though, I used to work for a large agency and we switched from another reporting platform to AgencyAnalytics to simplify reporting to about 600 clients.
