The docs on ovirt.org are confusing as hell. Search for something, anything, and you will probably find proposals for new functionality from like 15 yrs ago, experimental things, documentation for old old versions, etc. There is no proper classification and/or tagging. One of my best recommendations is to spin up a linux server in the cloud, you can do it for free for a few months from linode.com for example.
