Theres tons of tools to make the email personalizing faster. I.e lavender autobound.ai etc. And sequences like outreach.io / salesloft. Source: 11 months ago
A solid playbook for automating emails is using a sequencing tool like outreach.io and email writer like autobound.ai. Outreach manages the sending/replying/organizing and Autobound manages the actual content of the emails. Theres other products out there for this as well, these are just two that come to mind. The recruiter gave me some information about one of the coding rounds and I am not entirely sure what to expect. The description says I will be building a fullstack web app, and the goal is to test my frontend and backend knowledge, and get a working solution. I will be using https://excalidraw.com/ in addition to... Source: over 1 year ago
The specific target interview format I have in mind is via a shared, live editor (e.g. https://coderpad.io/) and a video link, lasting ~1hr. The practice format might be more like 45min for the interview followed by 15 - 30min for feedback and discussion. Doing two of those back to back so both of us get our chance in the hot seat could be exhausting, so this might be two separate sessions. Source: over 1 year ago
