I have a tax related question. If I purchase a pre-IPO stock in the secondary market or via crowdfunding sites like ourcrowd.com, then do I need to pay tax on any capital gains that the stock might have in subsequent funding rounds. My only complaint is sort of a double edged sword. The "Armor of Aquilla" ability, I really really like. But, I can see some potential issues with it.
