  Not entirely sure about this since I used this years back, but origami.design has good prototyping features. It does a lot more than just click to see the next page. The workflow ive used the past is make one 4k comp and then send it thru https://madmapper.com or similar. If you HAVE to do it the way you describe check out render region of interest.
