I would say go to an ophthalmologist that specializes in dry eye. Why? If you nip this sucker in the bud you won't have worse problems in the future. Above all do what needs to be done to keep your meibomian glands open since they have to work for you for a very long time and we don't want them to block up and atrophy. If you are looking for "natural methods" to fix dry eye then yes if it is mild dry eye likely the symptoms can be treated. By natural I mean things you can stop doing like spending a lot of time looking at computer screens or smart phone screens.
