Scanops is an antivirus scanning API for developers. You can integrate antivirus scans into your own code via its REST API, which is powered by multiple antivirus engines. Protecting file uploads against malicious uploads and malware is a common use of the Scanops API.

Scanops offers both private cloud hosting and self-hosting. For private cloud hosting, customers gets their own private scanning cluster. For self hosting, customers can host the scanner on their own hardware or cloud provider.
