I might be wrong, but it looks like your start page has been set to opera.com/gx . This would explain why resetting your pixelbook still opens this page as the settings are synced in your chrome browser. Source: about 2 years ago

I setup Raindrop.io [1] to feed into Archivebox, mostly as an overcomplicated way to automatically submit the page to archive.org [2].
