Honestly, anything from Kaspersky is outstanding. Their free version (security cloud) is good, with basic features including an AV engine and real time protection, as well as anti-ransomware. However, if you buy one of their payed versions, such as essential protection plan (anti-virus) or internet security, you get more customization and security features.
