This service is in constant development. Meaning to say, businesses can ask for any application they need and the vendor will develop them. This way, you do not need to spend long hours and more resources developing the tools your organization requires. OpenStudio will take care of it. Furthermore, all of your business tools will be placed in a single location so everything can be accessed with ease.
OpenStudio helps you get organized by bringing all the important tools your business use in one place. You can access all the apps and services from a single dashboard. Having a centralized tool saves time in moving from one system to another. Furthermore, it offers a short learning curve for new users. Since all processes are in one platform, new users will need to learn only one system and not multiple systems.
OpenSource is in continuous development. Meaning to say, the application you can use is not limited to what is being offered at the moment. If you have a specific business requirement that the solution does not offer yet, just get in touch with the vendor to suggest or require a new feature.
OpenStudio allows users to control access to all the available applications. With this, you can ensure that your data stays safe and secure.

No hitting a button and waiting a couple of seconds, and you can even copy/paste text between the machines. Source: over 2 years ago
