While I like using Overpass Turbo, by default I recommend less technical tools. For this, you can try https://openstreetbrowser.org or http://openpoimap.org, both should be able to provide what you want without having to write an Overpass Turbo query. Source: over 1 year ago
Another idea would be, to search a public drinking water fountain and bottle your water from there. Annoying, but free. Maybe https://openpoimap.org can help to find one (does not work well on mobile). Under "Food shops" there is the category "drinking water". Source: almost 2 years ago
