I have to have my timesheet add up to 9 hours a day, which includes lunch and breaks. I use toggl for it. You get a floating widget on your screen. You type what you are doing and click go. When you change tasks you just type what you are doing and click go. At the end of the day, copy the entries to your actual timecard and slap on a .25 for your timekeeping.
