I wanted to see what these virtual voice books were and couldn't find anything. It seems like Canada like everything else (sales, promos, discounts etc) was overlooked and we haven't gotten any of these (that I've seen). That being said, good this sounds horrible. Yep. Although all the kindle books I bought on amazon.ca are whispersync compatible with my audiobook wishlist on my no longer active audible.com account. If I'm willing to pay the price listed + conversion to Canadian amount which makes the book more expensive. Whatever 7.49$ USD converted to CND is. That's why I moved my books to the Canadian marketplace so I could stop paying 14.95$ USD converted into CND which... Source: 5 months ago
Despite all the technical stuff, my aim is always to make it sound as though we're sitting in front of that fire and you're being told a story. One of the best compliments I can receive is, "I forgot that I was being read to", or "he didn't get in the way of the story", which is an actual comment from an audible.com listener.
