  Are you located in Canada? I am located in Canada and I had the same issue the a couple days ago; turns out the website I was trying to log into was "audible.com" instead of "audible.ca"- so I went to "audible.ca" instead of "audible.com", logged in, and that fixed it. Source: 5 months ago

  I wanted to see what these virtual voice books were and couldn't find anything.   Yep. Although all the kindle books I bought on amazon.ca are whispersync compatible with my audiobook wishlist on my no longer active audible.com account. If I'm willing to pay the price listed + conversion to Canadian amount which makes the book more expensive. Whatever 7.49$ USD converted to CND is. That's why I moved my books to the Canadian marketplace so I could stop paying 14.95$ USD converted into CND which... Source: 5 months ago

  Despite all the technical stuff, my aim is always to make it sound as though we're sitting in front of that fire and you're being told a story. One of the best compliments I can receive is, "I forgot that I was being read to", or "he didn't get in the way of the story", which is an actual comment from an audible.com listener.
