The OnSign TV platform runs in the cloud. All you need to access it is a web browser. Our servers are secure, scalable and built with full redundancy, so your screens never stop! To present the content on your screens, you need a small computer, or as we call it, a Player. OnSign TV is the platform with the largest list of compatible hardware in the market!
The OnSign TV team works hard to provide you the most complete platform possible. This means we have a substantial list of features. To not get too long here, we skipped the basic features like scheduling, playlists, player groups, as we have them all.

I would suggest you check out info-beamer.com and trueomni.com . I am using info-beamer on several displays in commercial situations and it has worked well. I haven't tried rotating to an angle but you should be able to map the screens as if they are level and play the content across them all. Source: over 1 year ago

You might also try out info-beamer (full disclosure: operated by my company) if you have 30 minutes of spare time.
