For context, this will be my first full-time job ever (fresh grad). I applied through onlinejobs.ph so unlike local companies, I didn't go through the usual interviews and instead I was only asked to write a paid test article. (Though wala namang problema sakin since I prefer it this way, yung mabilis ang process and walang dragging interviews). Source: 9 months ago
So ayun, I came across this Facebook post recommending different platforms for work-at-home jobs, and isa na sa recommendation ang onlinejobs.ph. I already verified my profile there, and upon browsing for possible jobs, hindi ko makita ang legitimacy ng companies na naka-post sa Job Board. Is it safe there, or should I just go to another platform na mapaga-applyan? Source: 9 months ago
You'll have to do it yourself for a while until the channel makes money, if it ever does make money. Then, you can outsource the work to upwork, fiverr, or onlinejobs.ph. Ive used all 3 websites. Ive used upwork for japanese translations and onlinejobs for everything else. It'll take time & money to test and filter out people. Out of 4-5 illustrators, I found one I really liked. But it takes time, for... Source: 10 months ago
I'm actually pertaining to startups that hired directly in the Philippines. There actually platforms where you can hire remote Filipino workers "directly" (no other nationalities) liked onlinejobs.ph also there are a lot of agencies that partner with International companies so that they can supply/connect them with filipino workers. I'm not really pertaining to Filipino workers who were hired in Upwork, Fiver, etc... Source: 11 months ago

I earned at 16-18, learn a skill and become fairly good at it. And make an account on Fiverr. upwork. freelancer.com, etc. Design, code, or anything which can be offered digitally. If you get an order on any of them double down on it. Cold reach-out works, but you've to show something to them as a portfolio. Instagram is a good place, as I did. Source: 10 months ago
If my subscribers and views were multiplied by 100, it would have become a part-time job. I would be declaring income on my tax form, and keeping track of expenses. I might be considering hiring part-time editors on freelancer.com, but since they'd be independent contractors, they'd be just an expense to me. They'd be responsible for their own taxes. I worked on freelancer.com for 3 months doing mostly side gigs. WIth the payment, it wasn't much of an issue for me. The first payment indeed, it was more "special", as in, it took 2 months until I got the money in my account. But any other payment after that, were processed within days (at worst). I had some other issues (due to the country I'm working from), like my VISA card not being accepted so I had to do... Source: 10 months ago
I once posted on reddit my thoughts on freelancer.com and I assume, that it does not have a high reputation among other redditors. Someone who hired freelancers on that very site said, that clearing a payment is very difficult on that site, which I could understand. So do you have also faced other problems on that side? I am also waiting for payment since two weeks. Other than that, I think that the layout looks... Source: 10 months ago
