In our fork for https://oilshell.org/ , and it made a lot more sense to people. It's funny how "sticky" syntax is -- because two contributors ALSO read * as "pointer" ! Please don't ask me to raise this on canny.io, this is not a feature request. I just want to know you either already know about it, or you will take this info and create your own task to sort it out.
