You can create unlimited databases, with custom fields for each category of data that you store. Thus, your shopping list can have just a few fields that fit on the screen of your phone. On the other hand, your contacts database may have dozens of fields - at first blush this would preclude viewing on a phone. But you can set your Zapdex to only display selected columns and categories that you need to access on your phone, so now you can view and/or update a giant spreadsheet from the small screen on your phone. Zapdex takes the term "desktop and mobile friendly" to a whole new level.
