  • just got the game, any tips?
Here's the nuclear throne product page where it has a link titled "offical wiki" so it seems like it is/was (nuclear-throne.wikia.com redirects to nuclear-throne.fandom.com since they're the same site now). Source: over 2 years ago
  • For those that don't like roguelikes/roguelites, what are your issues with them from a design perspective?
For me, one of the best roguelites is Nuclear Throne. They have permadeath, they have procedural levels, the have difficulty peaks but all is set correctly. All the progress come on the skills. We, as a player, sense that we are better and better to beat the game and reach the throne. Source: about 3 years ago

Go Button mentions (3)

  • Tech illiterate seeks halp
I would use Go Button from Figure 53 (only works on Apple devices) for your playback. Free if you only are doing one show. Works with a variety of remotes, which you could sew into your costume or something. Turn-key solution and rock solid. I’ve used it for several shows/events. Source: over 2 years ago
  • App for tracks on ipad
Go Button, by the same people who make QLab. Good enough that I've run a couple of simple shows on it. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Possible to use Android tablet for live backing tracks, and control with MIDI?
My usual suggestion would be gobutton but it's iOS only. I'd be surprised that you couldn't use some similar keywords to come up with an Android app. Source: almost 3 years ago
