Perhaps the fakers have just given them a bad name, but generally I've come to the conclusion that if I see anything with CODEX or Reloaded written on it I automatically nope out. Even if it happened to be safe I generally just avoid it. I am hearing now that NosTeam is not legit, but as someone who only downloads from their website, aside from a few false positives, I have never gotten a virus from them. Perhaps... Alright so personally I think apunkagames or apunkagames.biz is safe even though windows defender thinks it is a trojan but windows defender is toothless as hell, I've downloaded quite a lot of games from there, mainly compressed games and repacks such as hitman and mirror's edge. Works like an absolute charm for shitty internet users like me but best to use an adblocker and turn on the 'ask before downloading'... Source: about 2 years ago
