Been trying to find this for days now. I have spent hours on archive.org going through internetware.com, quarterdeck.com, qdeck.com, symantec.com when it was purchased etc. I've found some links for a Y2K upgrade iwc313.zip however it was on an ftp site so not archived, and the folder does not appear to be on the archive of ftp.symantec.com taken around 2015. The web browser is saying this because it has no way to tell if the site you are trying to go to is the real site or has been faked in some way.
