Yes. I am doing this right now through noom.com. It takes a while but for me they say not to ignore the craving but understand what is triggering it: proximity to food, routine, boredom, "fog eating" (which is just mindlessly snacking when sitting on the couch or standing in the kitchen etc.) Then decide what it is you crave and why. I'm currently 5'9" and 82kg and just ran a half marathon in 1:47 a few weeks back. I lost weight while training, but started off barely being able to break an 11 minute mile back in October.
