Yes. I am doing this right now through noom.com. It takes a while but for me they say not to ignore the craving but understand what is triggering it: proximity to food, routine, boredom, "fog eating" (which is just mindlessly snacking when sitting on the couch or standing in the kitchen etc.) Then decide what it is you crave and why. Not saying it works for everyone, but the system I have worked out for myself is strength training 3-5 days/week during my lunch break at work.
