  • Suggestions for HELOC provider?
My mortgage holder, Wells Fargo, no longer offers HELOCs. I browsed bankrate.com and nerdwallet.com and see many providers, but only a few banks. I do not recognize many of the companies on the list. (Ex: https://www.nerdwallet.com/mortgages/heloc-rates). Source: 10 months ago
  • Can I get a mobile home with no credit?

  • Is investors.club legit?
Also noticed the email is from [outreach@investorsclub.tech](mailto:outreach@investorsclub.tech) which is a different domain than investors.club which seems to be their website. Is this a scam? Source: almost 1 year ago
  • investors.club for blog flipping. Any opinion?
In the past days I found investors.club which seems better than flippa in terms of verification but I read a lot of negative opinion about the founder. Anybody has any experience with this website? They are not free and I am hesitating to subscribe. Thank you in advance. Source: over 1 year ago
