  • Suggestions for HELOC provider?
My mortgage holder, Wells Fargo, no longer offers HELOCs. I browsed bankrate.com and nerdwallet.com and see many providers, but only a few banks. I do not recognize many of the companies on the list. (Ex: https://www.nerdwallet.com/mortgages/heloc-rates). Source: 9 months ago
  • Can I get a mobile home with no credit?
I would try renting first and when you are happy where you are and with your job for awhile consider getting a new homebuyers loan. Also, you need to work on your credit for that to happen. Call a bank and ask about a prepaid credit card. Then use that card to pay a small monthly bill (3-7% of the allotted credit) that you can have taken straight out of your checking account (at that same bank or a different one).... • JNMIL tried to manipulate my husband and I into paying for my SIL's child.
I would make sure that you lock down your and your husband's credit. I would check creditsesame.com and creditkarma.com to check out your credit file. This woman is sounds like she will go to extremes to get money. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Covert Narcissistic Parent of "Adult Child" gives away Social Security number of said "child" without permission/consent.
Shut down your credit with all three bureaus. You can get free credit reports and views at creditsesame.com and creditkarma.com. If you think that reporting your nmother to the SS administration would get you thrown out, I would wait until you can escape. Source: over 2 years ago
