Neocities has taken steps to try to improve small personal web site discoverability, which ends up being like a platform for people making web sites with a hybrid social component https://neocities.org I like the idea of calling this the small web, I usually go with something like "personal web site" or "home pages" but it's never quite stuck for me. You could also try retailmenot.com and see if anybody has listed newer codes. Very spotty luck with that site tho. Hey, even if it saves $20, it's worth the time! Source: about 1 year ago
If you should decide to try Catherine's again, try doing a google search for Catherines Free Shipping or something like that. I often find a free shipping code on retailmenot.com Same with a lot of other stores. I've happened on coupons and ended up with unexpected discounts. There are a few coupon sites out there. Protect yourself by first pulling your FICO score (go to MyFico and pull your own score, and you can get a coupon from retailmenot.com) and shop around. You can shop around for rates without a hard pull so you know how much car you can afford for the interest rate you would qualify for with that FICO. When you pull your own FICO this way, it doesn't count as a hard pull and puts more knowledge in your hands. Source: almost 2 years ago
I'm in Canada, too. Lands' End has fast shipping to Canada, and I've bought a lot of quality basics from them. They have lined leggings here, though I haven't bought them myself: https://www.landsend.com/products/womens-high-rise-serious-sweats-fleece-lined-pocket-leggings/id_359400?attributes=3298,44967. Lands' End always has discount codes (sign up for emails or check retailmenot.com), so never pay full price. Source: over 2 years ago
