As 88% of business cards are tossed. Of those 67% say it 'wasn't relevant at the time'. While sales increased by 2.5% for every 2K cards shared.
Seems there is room for improvement; if only people acted on the social contract of sharing contact details ritual (i.e the business card exchange). This is the (missing) follow-up.
We made it super simple, fast and free to create mobile email templates that pop drafts in your native email app. You can scan a business card (or an uploaded image), as well as use a full-screen form to just collect the details in person.
Once the email drafted, you can still personalize and add context at that moment, or later. Or just send a simple email.
User testing has shown a 10% Day 0 response rate (even from Out of Office autoresponders), at large international conferences. The responses lead to secondary meetings while still at the trade show. Sometimes lunch/dinner/party invites.
Accelerating business relationships is achieved by simply standing out from the crowd by the context of speed.
You also get a great lead history, which you can export into a CSV. A great business card to excel solution. You can save business cards to contacts. You can geotag the business card scan for location context.
All the above is for free, unlimited, and works offline.
Advanced features include backup and automation via API (Zapier).
Email templates are on desktop, now enabled on mobile as well.

I've been trying for over a year to find an app that unlock my Hackintosh (and MBP) with my phone or other blueprint when I get near it (and lock it when I walk away). I have a Whoop band so an Apple Watch isn't an option right now (until they add BP monitoring and my Whoop sub runs out at least). I found Near Lock and nearly cried with joy. Not only was it exactly what I wanted, it looked slicktoo.... Source: over 2 years ago
