I highly suggest checking out Natural Atlas (https://naturalatlas.com/) by the same small team who made the CoTrex app (https://trails.colorado.gov/) for Colorado Parks and Wildflife. A really fantastic team building some absolutely gorgeous topographic basemaps from publicly available data. If it was me looking for private swim lessons, I'd track down Mr. Bill, the oldest and most experienced swim instructor at IUOP (he's retired USCG), ask about his availability (he taught a lot of private students in backyard pools during the pandemic), then reserve a backyard pool on swimply.com .
