I am 57 years old and was in pretty shabby condition when i started. I have been using both an Apple watch and MyPlate for about 3 months, and I am down from 130 lbs to 198. I love the way MyPlate works with my apple watch fitness app. I get to track my calories and the more active I am the more calories I am allowed. MyPlate is extremely easy to use and many foods can be found by scanning bar codes.
A friend recommend I try Dimensional and it blew me away. It was telling me such accurate things about myself (good and bad) that it was almost scary. Reading through the content felt like a therapy session.
